ABOUT FRAN: Although she began studying interior design in high school, it was to remain an avocation until the early 1980s. The opportunity to professionally apply her design training pre-sented itself upon attending a class by fellow Bellevue,WA. Realtor, Barb Schwarz (Barb origi-nated the Home Staging concept, opening an entirely new field for interior designers/decorators). Fully believing in the positive outcome, Fran began to put her own talents to work - successfully tweaking/semi-staging homes as a service to her clients for close to 20 years. This was followed by 5 years as a trained home furnishing design consultant in Sarasota. Today, she offers her service as an independent design consultant, assuring her suggestions for your decor are not influenced by sales quotas.
