2011: The home's exterior needed more curb appeal. A contrasting paint color for the front door, plus a minor redesign of the landscaping resulted in the inviting look you see here. See interior before and after photos below.
BEFORE TWEAKit! REDESIGN:
Once all of Granny's furniture was removed, the house was just a plain vanilla space - it was in serious need of a little pizazz to make it stand out from the competition. See the result below.
AFTER
- Because the home is in a development on the shores of a large recreational lake, the redesign choice was a slightly nautical feel, which worked well with the exist-ing brass fixtures.
- Lighthouse stripes gave de-sign interest to one wall of the oversized master bed-room, and helped eliminate a barn-like feel.
RESULT: The home quickly sold
at a price that thrilled the seller!
