ABOUT FRAN: Although she began studying interior design in high school, it was the early 1980s before the opportunity to professionally apply her design talent and training arose after attending a class by fellow Bellevue,WA. Realtor, Barb Schwarz (Barb originated the Home Staging concept - an entirely new field for interior designers and decorators). Recognizing the positive potential, Fran immediately put her own talents to work - successfully tweaking and/or semi-staging homes as a service to her clients for close to 20 yrs. Next, Fran transitioned to 5 years as a well-trained home furnishing design consultant in Sarasota. Today, she offers her service as an independent design consultant, assuring her suggestions for your decor are not influenced by sales quotas.
